Creamy Caesar Dressing

Everyone loves a Caesar Salad and this recipe will make you start eating them even more! It’s tangy and creamy without any overpowering flavors. Make it Perfectly Imperfect the traditional way or even Vegan!

Instructions

  • 1/2 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 TSP Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 TSP Dijon
  • 3 TBSP White Wine Vinegar
  • 3 Anchovies*
  • 3 Garlic Cloves (chopped)
  • Juice from 1/2 Lemon
  • 1/4 cup Mayonnaise**
  • 1/4 cup Pecorino Romano***

*You can use Anchovy Paste here instead (1 TSP) or omit it completely to keep the dressing vegan/vegetarian.

**I use Avocado Oil Mayonnaise as a healthier version, but anyone can be used here – Vegannaise even.

***Pecorino Romano is a sheep milk cheese very similar to Parmesan. I think it has a better flavor and the saltiness is delicious. Any similar cheese or pre-grated will work.

instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together in blender or food processor.
  2. Serve over your favorite salad. ENJOY!!
