Crispy Baked Chicken Wings

These baked wings will have you believing you own a deep fryer! This recipe will give you Perfectly Imperfect chicken every time – super crispy skin outside and tender meat inside.


PREP TIME: None

COOK TIME: 1 hour

SERVINGS: As many wings as you can eat 🙂

ingredients

  • Whole Chicken Wings
  • Dry Seasoning or Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees
  2. Bring large pot of water to boil. Add Wings and bring back to a boil. Cook Wings for 8 minutes.
  3. Remove Wings and place on a dry towel. Pat completely dry. Season as you please (I used a seasoned salt dry rub).
  4. Place Wings on a wire rack over a large baking pan. Make sure to add water to the bottom of the pan so the drippings don’t smoke up the oven…or entire kitchen!
  5. Bake for 35 minutes. Flip the Wings over and bake another 10 minutes.
  6. Toss in your favorite sauce or enjoy them simply dry rubbed!
