This Vinaigrette has a bit of tartness but the flavors are very balanced. It is Perfectly Imperfect to serve with any salad – topped with Chicken to Salmon. It could also be a marinade for any mild, white fish or mixed with Greek Yogurt as a tangy dip for warm Pita or raw vegetables!!
PREP TIME: 5 minutes
SERVINGS: Makes about 1/2 cup
ingredients
1/3 cup White Wine Vinegar
1 1/2 TBSP Dijon Mustard
juice of 1/2 Lemon
1 TSP dried Dill (or 1-2 TBSP Fresh Dill)
1/2 TSP Garlic Powder
1/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper to taste
instructions
Add all ingredients, except EVOO, to a small bowl.
Slowly whisk in EVOO and continue to whisk until the Oil has fully incorporated.
Season with more Salt if needed.
Keep refrigeratedin a sealed container for up to 2 weeks.
