There are lots of ways to serve this Creamy Buffalo Cauliflower, but Tostadas and Tacos are my favorite! PREP TIME: 5-10 minutes COOK TIME: 20 minutes SERVINGS: 4 ingredients 1/2 cup Flour1/2 cup Water1 head Cauliflower (chopped)Salt and Pepper to tasteCreamy Buffalo Sauce (Dairy-free) Serving SuggestionsAvocadoJalapenosShredded LettuceTomatoesCilantroFlour or Corn TortillasTostadasTortilla Chips instructions Preheat oven to 450 degrees.Whisk Flour and Water in a large bowl until smooth. Season with Salt and Pepper.Toss Cauliflower in Batter until fully covered. Spread pieces out over a baking sheet lined with Parchment paper.
