Baked Buffalo Cauliflower Tostadas

This Perfectly Imperfect recipe is super healthy and incredibly easy! There are lots of ways to serve this Creamy Buffalo Cauliflower, but Tostadas and Tacos are my favorite!


PREP TIME: 5-10 minutes

COOK TIME: 20 minutes

SERVINGS: 4

ingredients

1/2 cup Flour

Serving Suggestions

  • Avocado
  • Jalapenos
  • Shredded Lettuce
  • Tomatoes
  • Cilantro
  • Flour or Corn Tortillas
  • Tostadas
  • Tortilla Chips

instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
  2. Whisk Flour and Water in a large bowl until smooth. Season with Salt and Pepper.
  3. Toss Cauliflower in Batter until fully covered. Spread pieces out over a baking sheet lined with Parchment paper. Bake in oven for 20 minutes.
  4. Cover the Cauliflower with the Buffalo Sauce, Serve warm, and ENJOY any way you like!!
